"Neil Fishel came this afternoon and put in a flood light in the back yard and fixed all the smoke detectors. He stayed about a half an hour and his total bill (besides the floodlight, which he told us to get from Home Depot) was $65. I had recently been told that an electrician from the yellow pages said $86 or a one hour minimum plus travel time to and from the job. $65 was reasonable and everything works. Neil is also very pleasant and we liked giving work to a veteran."

"We recently learned that even hard wired smoke detectors like what we have in our homes here need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years. Ours were 16 years old! We had been under the impression that hard wired meant never having to worry about them ever. It took us a bit of trouble to find out this information, and then to find someone to do the work. Thinking of our neighbors' safety, we'd like to recommend the man who did the job for us.
We got his name from the Dillsburg Fire Company.
He is Neil Fishel. His company name is NF H.E.A.T. LLC.
He is from East Berlin, a veteran, and has been very pleasant to work with.
We called him, he came to see what was needed, ordered the units, and came back the following week to install them. He even checked out the one in the attic, which turned out to be a different kind that actually doesn't need to be replaced. We felt he was very reasonable price wise, and did a good job."
